We offer a full schedule of coached classes throughout the week to fit every lifestyle — from early mornings to evenings.

Monday-Thursday

Morning

  • 5:00–6:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 6:00–7:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 7:00–8:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 8:00–9:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 9:00–10:00 AM — CrossFit

Midday

  • 12:00–1:00 PM — CrossFit

Afternoon & Evening

  • 4:00–5:00 PM — CrossFit

  • 4:00–5:00 PM — CrossFit Kids (Monday–Wednesday only)

  • 5:30–6:30 PM — CrossFit (Monday–Thursday)

  • 5:30–6:30 PM — CrossFit Teens (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)

  • 6:30–7:30 PM — Barbell Club (Monday only)

Friday

Morning

  • 5:00–6:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 6:00–7:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 7:00–8:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 8:00–9:00 AM — CrossFit

  • 9:00–10:00 AM — CrossFit

Midday

  • 12:00–1:00 PM — CrossFit

Afternoon & Evening

  • 4:00–5:00 PM — CrossFit

  • (No 5:30 PM adult CrossFit class on Fridays)

Saturday

  • 8:30–9:30 AM — CrossFit

Sunday

  • Closed / Active Recovery
