5 Tips to Lower Sugar For Coffee Lovers

Do you coffee as much as we do?

Some coffee and coffee creamers can be loaded with sugar! The American Heart Association recommends that women have no more than 25g of added sugar per day and men have no more than 36g.

Some coffee drinks exceed 2 days of the daily recommended amount of added sugar

Check out these 5 tips to lower sugar for lovers.

     1. Skip the whip cream.

  1. Try sweetening with cinnamon instead of sugar.
  1. Limit the amount of syrups with added sugars.
  1. Try gradually lowering the amount of sugars (or decreasing sugary creamers).
  1. Try switching brands to a higher quality coffee --- you might not need sugar!
