Here’s how to do it:
Ingredients:
1 large head Broccoli about 5 cups chopped ( you can do it with any veggie)
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and chop broccoli
Mix in olive oil
Add salt and pepper to taste
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil
Bake for 20 minutes
