Did you know that it takes 10-12 times of trying something before you can tell if you like something or not?

When trying something it is important to switch things up instead of trying it the same way every single time.

A fan favorite of all our veggie hesitant consumers is eating them roasted! The best part is that it is so easy your entire family can help create this delicious side dish.

Here’s how to do it:

Ingredients:

1 large head Broccoli about 5 cups chopped ( you can do it with any veggie)

1 tsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Wash and chop broccoli

Mix in olive oil

Add salt and pepper to taste

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil

Bake for 20 minutes
